Master Assoc. Payment Partner

Signature Property Management in Stuart (772-219-4474) handles the Master Association accounting. Due dates for quarterly fees of $332 are always Jan. 1, Apr. 1, July 1, and Oct. 1. Statements are sent only to those who have not enrolled in automatic (EFT) payments. However, you do not need a statement to pay from; the amount and due dates stay the same all year. Pay on time to avoid late fees and interest. You can view your account and amount due in the portal, which is described below the mailing address.

Be sure to indicate your name and Gator Trace acct. number with every payment so they can be matched to you correctly. Your Master Assoc. account number is GTM followed by 5 numbers. (Garden Villas and the Condominiums each have their own unique account numbers.) It is indicated on every statement. If you can’t locate it, call Signature to get it and make a note of it for the future.

The easiest way to pay is to on the Signature Property Mgmt portal at https://portal.signaturepropertymgmt.com/. Click LOGIN at top right, and then SIGN UP to request a login the first time. (We must have a matching email address for you on file first.) Or, you can set up automatic online bill payment through your own bank. Either way, it is critical to indicate your GTM account number to ensure your payment is matched properly.

Your Master Assoc. account number is printed on your payment coupon. It is: GTM followed by 5 numbers. Be sure to include yours on any checks in the memo, or include it on your e-payment setup.

(Your prior account number, which was your street address, will still be retained on your account. It’s wise to also indicate the property address on any payment when possible, if it’s not already printed on the check.)
