The 2022 quarterly Condominium Association fee is $675, due Jan. 1, Apr. 1, July 1 and Oct. 1. Please pay by the due date. The remittance address for your payments* is:

*Note: Your Master Association fees, which are $332/quarter in 2022, go to the same address. Bookkeeping is handled by Signature for both associations. However, please note that each association maintains separate budgets, and you will need to remit TWO separate checks, one made to: Gator Trace Condo Association, and one to: Gator Trace Master POA. Be certain your account number is indicated on your payments.
Signature Property Management manages the both the Master (GTM) and the Condo (GTC) Association’s bookkeeping and quarterly fee statements. In their portal, you can see your balance and payment history for both accounts, schedule recurring payments or make a one-time payment. You can opt for e-bills under “My Contact Info” and see your Acct. # under “Billing.” To register for the portal, go to portal.signaturepropertymgmt.com and click on SIGN UP under the green login button.
