The 2024 Condominium Association quarterly fee is $825, due Jan. 1, Apr. 1, July 1 and Oct. 1. Please pay by the due date.

Signature Property Management manages the both the Master (GTM) and the Condo (GTC) Association’s bookkeeping and quarterly fee statements. In their portal, you can see your balance and payment history for both accounts, schedule recurring payments or make a one-time payment. You can opt for e-bills under “My Contact Info” and see your Acct. # under “Billing.” To register for the portal, go to portal.signaturepropertymgmt.com and click on SIGN UP under the green login button. You’ll need an email address on file with Signature first.

*Note: Your Master Association fees, which are $356/quarter in 2024, go to the same address. Bookkeeping is handled by Signature for both associations. However, please note that each association maintains separate budgets, and you will need to remit TWO separate checks / payments, one to: Gator Trace Condo Association, and one to: Gator Trace Master POA. Be certain your GTC or GTM account number is indicated on each payment.

OWNERS: If you have a condo maintenance issue or request, please complete and submit this form. Requests must be made in writing.
